Shahnaz Sharef studied cinematography and audiovisual media and later expanded her work across directing, editing, videography, and television production.
She worked as an assistant director in Syrian television drama productions and later directed and edited several documentary and visual media projects focused on social and humanitarian themes, particularly issues related to women’s rights and contemporary social realities in the Middle East.
